These terms apply to purchases of Tarot Reading Studio Pro, a WordPress plugin sold by Esprit Delasse. By purchasing, you agree to these terms. A Japanese summary follows the English text.
1. Licenses
The plugin’s code is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. Your purchase gives you a license key for one website, which provides access to downloads, updates and support for that site.
2. Plans and renewals
- Annual plan: renews automatically each year on the purchase date until you cancel. You can turn off automatic renewal at any time in your Customer Portal.
- Lifetime plan: a single payment with updates and support for as long as the plugin is maintained.
- If an annual license expires: the Pro features keep working on your site. Only updates and support stop.
3. Free trial
You can try Pro free for 7 days before you buy. Please use the trial to check that the plugin works with your site and theme.
4. Refunds
Because the plugin is a digital product that can be tried for free first, we do not offer refunds after purchase. We will make an exception if you were charged twice, or if the plugin does not work because of a problem on our side that we cannot fix. Contact us at [email protected].
5. Support
Support is provided by email in English or Japanese for setup, settings and bugs in the plugin. It does not cover custom development or problems caused by other plugins, themes or hosting.
6. Readings are for reflection and entertainment
Tarot readings produced by the plugin are for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. As the site owner, you are responsible for how readings are presented to your visitors.
7. Limitation of liability
The plugin is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the plugin is limited to the amount you paid for it. Please keep backups of your website.
8. Payments
Payments, invoices and license keys are handled by our reseller, Freemius, Inc. Prices are in US dollars; applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new purchases and renewals. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
